     Otis was born on 11 December 1905 at Taylor Co., Florida. He was the son of George B. Kelly and Hattie Lufair King. Otis died on 14 June 1908 at Taylor Co., Florida, at age 2. His body was buried in June 1908 at Spring Warrior Church Cemetery., Taylor Co., Florida.¹

Nov. 22, 1974: Mr. Robert Morris Kelly, 65, of 817 State Avenue, died at his residence Wednesday morning Nov. 20th. He had resided here since 1938, coming from Atlanta, Georgia. He was a Salesman
for Yates American Machine Co. He is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Mable K. Benedetto of Panama City and Mrs. Emogene Wilson of Castleberry, FL; one brother, Homer W. Kelly of Orlando and a number of Nieces and Nephews. The family will be at 816 Kelly Ave. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. (News Herald, Panama City FL.)

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Morris Kelly, 65, of 817 State Ave. who died Wednesday Nov 20th, will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Si Mathison officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will be at 816 Kelly Ave. Thomas E. Smith, Frederick Jones, Barrett McGill, Winston Johnson, Frank Dyer and Lloyd Ware will serve as pallbearers.

She married James Lincoln Casey, son of Lemuel Casey and Mary Virginia Barley, on 6 June 1939 at Tallahassee, Leon Co., Florida.¹ Ruth died on 1 June 2002 at age 82.

     Samuel was born on 6 November 1893 at Alabama.¹ He was the son of James Daniel Kelly and Mary Isabell Hawkins. He married Naomi Taylor, .¹ Samuel died on 18 November 1923 at age 30.
