     William was born in February 1880 at Alabama.¹ He was the son of Jack Hubbard and Martha A. Donaldson.

     Anna was born on 22 November 1872 at Pisek District, Bohemia, Czech Republic.¹ She was the daughter of Josef Hubert and Mary Krejci. She married Frank Burval, son of Frantisek "Frank" Burval and Frantiska "Frances" Havlickova, on 13 February 1895 at Woodland Ave Church, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.² Anna died on 5 February 1949 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, at age 76.³ Her body was buried on 9 February 1949 at Highlawn Park Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio.⁴
     
Biography of Anna Hubert:

Anna was born 22 Nov 1872 in the Pisek District of Bohemia in modern day Czech Republic. Her early years were spent on her Fathers farm. At the age of 16 she left Czechoslovakia with her family for the United States. She arrived at the Port of Baltimore, Maryland on 2 Nov 1887 aboard the Steamship Weser with her Father, Josef, her 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Anna was a very active member of a number of social clubs and organizations. She was a Daughter of the Czechoslovak Society of America #191, a member of SOKOL, the Bila Ruze Club, and Vlastimila #9.

The back yard of the Burval home on 89th St. in Cleveland had a large flower garden as did the Mentor farm after Frank and Anna moved there in 1943. Anna (or "Grammy" as she was called by her grandchildren) had a deep love of gardening and raised flowers of all sorts. Her garden was one of her favorite places to be. In addition to the garden she had every window in the house filled with plants and flowers. She was especially adept at raising african violets and had dozens of them in all colors throughout the house.

Anna was an excellent cook. She had a large kitchen on E. 89 St. and was always cooking and baking. During holidays, large quantities of Bohemian baked goods, pastries and cookies of all sorts were made. All in her unique style from old recipes.

Anna died, at age 76 in 1949, at the home of her daughter, Florence, in Euclid, Ohio where she was staying during the lasts months of her life. She is buried in Highlawn Park Cemetery in Cleveland next to her husband, Frank.

     Caroline was born on 16 June 1927 at Avon Lake, Lorain Co., Ohio. She was the daughter of Ralph Leonard Hubert and Elizabeth Catherine Doss. Caroline Hubert died on 23 January 2008 at age 80.

     Edward was born on 22 February 1912 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio. He was the son of John K. Hubert and Anna Maly. He married Gladys Woloscheck, daughter of Frank Woloscheck and Barbara Cervenka, on 3 August 1935 at Jones Road Church, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.¹ Edward died on 18 February 1996 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, at age 83. His body was buried on 22 February 1996 at Mausoleum, Brooklyn Hgts., Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.²

Edward worked at the Pearl Harbor Navy yard as an Outside Machinist from 1942 to 1945. He transferred to the National Aerospace Administration (NASA) in 1945 where he worked until his retirement 20 Jan 1973.

     Frank was born on 19 May 1868 at Pisek District, Bohemia, Czech Republic.¹ He was the son of Josef Hubert and Mary Krejci. He married Mary Macan, . Frank died on 7 June 1917 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, at age 49. His body was buried in June 1917 at Calvary Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.

     Frederick was born on 1 May 1894 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio. He was the son of Frank Hubert and Mary Macan. He married Hattie E. Ohlrich, daughter of Fred Martin Ohlrich and Marie H. Stueber, on 4 June 1921. Frederick died on 21 August 1988 at Ohio at age 94. His body was buried on 25 August 1988 at Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg, Summit Co., Ohio.

     Johana was born on 25 July 1910 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio. She was the daughter of John K. Hubert and Anna Maly. Johana died on 7 August 1910 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.¹ Her body was buried on 9 August 1910 at Woodland Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio.²
