     Biography of Michael James Stokely:

Michael James Stokely, was killed by an IED at age 23 while serving with E Troop 108th Cavalry 48th Brigade GA NATL Guard US Army near Yusufiyah south of Baghdad on 16 August 20005 and is buried in Loganville GA. Michael was married to his high school sweetheart, Niki Yancey, ten days before going to Iraq. They did not have children. [Robert Stokely]²

     Thomas was born on 28 December 1874 at Lafayette, Florida, United States.² He was the son of Rev. John H. Dixon and Mary E. Webb. He married Ida Hamm.¹

     She married Thomas Jefferson Dixon, son of Rev. John H. Dixon and Mary E. Webb.¹

     Charlie was born on 2 July 1917 at Cochran, Bleckley, Georgia, United States. He was the son of Thomas Jefferson Dixon and Ida Hamm. He married Julia Ann Stokely, daughter of David Gibbs Stokely and Polly Mae Knight, on 24 November 1943 at Madison, Florida, United States.¹
