William sold his half interest in this land on 4 Mar 1750 to John Duggan. William died in the early part of 1754 in Bertie County intestate. His wife, Mary, petitioned the August Court for Administration of her husband's estate which was granted. The final record of his estate papers list his children which are listed below.
