Michael James Stokely, was killed by an IED at age 23 while serving with E Troop 108th Cavalry 48th Brigade GA NATL Guard US Army near Yusufiyah south of Baghdad on 16 August 20005 and is buried in Loganville GA. Michael was married to his high school sweetheart, Niki Yancey, ten days before going to Iraq. They did not have children. [Robert Stokely].2
