Lucinda Townsend died on 21 June 1844 at Marlboro Co., South Carolina, at age 9.¹ She was buried at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Bennettsville, Marlboro Co., South Carolina.¹

     Lucius Townsend was born circa 1849 at Marlboro Co., South Carolina.¹ He was the son of William L. Townsend and Mary (--?--).

     Lucretia Emmaline Townsend was born circa 1838 at Madison Co., Florida.¹ She was the daughter of John "Jack" Townsend and Rachel Jane Hill.

     Lucy Townsend was born circa 1799 at Shelby Co., Kentucky. She was the daughter of Light Townsend and Elizabeth "Betsy" Long. Lucy Townsend married John Thomas Brown on 17 April 1821 at Warren Co., Kentucky. Lucy Townsend died on 4 February 1878 at Edmonson Co., Kentucky. She was buried at Brown-Townsend Cemetery, Edmonson Co., Kentucky.

     Lucy Townsend was born on 25 November 1775 at Pittsylvania Co., Virginia.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Townsend and Anaphilda Watson.¹ Lucy Townsend married Peyton Peyton Nowlin on 11 March 1792 at Greenville Co., South Carolina.¹ Lucy Townsend died on 10 September 1843 at Saline Co., Missouri, at age 67.¹ She was buried at Townsend Cemetery, nr. Blackwater, Saline Co., Missouri.¹

     Lucy Townsend was born circa 1821 at Marlboro Co., South Carolina. She was the daughter of Benjamin Townsend and Ester (--?--). Lucy Townsend married Joseph Haskew circa 1842 at Marlboro Co., South Carolina.¹

     Luvina Eugene Townsend was born on 14 July 1889 at Alachua Co., Florida.¹ She was the daughter of John Light Townsend and Nancy Florence Sikes. Luvina Eugene Townsend married Alexandra Truman Thomas on 6 April 1904.¹ Luvina Eugene Townsend died on 26 June 1964 at age 74.

     Malinda E. Townsend was born on 3 September 1871 at Alachua Co., Florida.¹ She was the daughter of John Hill Townsend and Malinda Ellen Shepherd. Malinda E. Townsend married Archie B Thomas on 16 December 1888 at Alachua Co., Florida.^2,3 Malinda E. Townsend died on 18 September 1958 at Alachua Co., Florida, at age 87.⁴ She was buried at Townsend Cemetery, nr. Rock Bluff Springs, Gilchrist Co., Florida.⁴
