He married Julia Ann Americus Millican, , on 19 September 1880 at Farmersville, Collin Co., Texas.¹ Partin died on 16 July 1927 at Celeste, Hunt Co., Texas, at age 77. His body was buried on 17 July 1927 at Merit Cemetery, Hunt Co., Texas.

     Pauline was born circa 1858 at Marion Co., Georgia.¹ She was the daughter of William Jason Tompkins and Mary A. E. Adams. Pauline died on 2 June 1873 at Stewart Co., Georgia.²

     Pearl was born in January 1900 at Suwannee Co., Florida.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas C. Tompkins and Mary Casteline Barnes. She married Bryant Smith, , circa 1919 at Florida.

     Phillip was born on 1 December 1944 at Madison Co., Florida. He was the son of William Tompkins and Zola Loree Webb. Phillip died on 2 March 1992 at Madison Co., Florida, at age 47. He was buried on 4 March 1992 at Corinth Baptist Church, Madison Co., Florida.

     Polly was born on 23 September 1813 at Washington Co., Georgia. She was the daughter of Rukin Tompkins and Rachel (--?--). She married William Doolittle, , circa 1834.² Polly died on 11 April 1894 at Washington Co., Georgia, at age 80. Her body was buried in April 1894 at Tanner Family Cemetery, Washington Co., Georgia.
