     Emma was born on 16 August 1869. She married William Thomas Tompkins, son of Robert T. Tompkins and Laura Louisa Jane Brock.¹ Emma died on 15 July 1941 at Washington Co., Georgia, at age 71.² Her body was buried at Tabernacle Methodist Church Cemetery, Washington Co., Georgia.²

     Birdie was born on 15 October 1888 at McRae, Tefair Co., Georgia.^1,2 She married James Homer Kelly, son of John Reuben Kelly and Cornelia Eleanor Kitchens, on 27 December 1908 at Fitzgerald, Ben Hill Co., Georgia. Birdie died on 9 December 1966 at Gainesville, Alachua Co., Florida, at age 78.³

     (Dau.) Szymankiewicz was the daughter of Julius Szymankiewicz and Victoria Frankel.

     Antonia was born on 6 June 1871 at Poland. She was the daughter of Julius Szymankiewicz and Victoria Frankel. She married Vincent Halter, son of Maurice Halter and (?) Wunsch, in 1888 at Poland.¹ Antonia died on 13 October 1914 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, at age 43.² Her body was buried on 16 October 1914 at Calvary Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.³
     
Biography of Antonia Szymankiewicz:

Antonia married Vincent Halter in Warsaw, Poland in 1888. On 27 July 1891, she arrived in the United States with her two children, John and Victoria on the Steam Ship Aller in the Port of New York. Her half-brother Andrew Sobon and sister-in-law Emily Halter are said to have arrived with her. Her husband, Vincent, had already immigrated earlier in the year to Cleveland, Ohio and had sent for her to join him.

      Antonia was a quiet, nurturing lady whose first priority was her children. While she occasionally helped her husband in the hardware store when she was able, she wanted her children to be well-fed, well-cared for, and well-dressed. Her daughter, Victoria, recalls waking up at one, two or three o'clock in the morning to find her mother sewing new outfits for the family. Perhaps because Antonia was not a healthy person, she preferred to stay at home, cooking, cleaning, sewing, and preparing for holiday celebrations rather than joining Vincent when he took the family to the movies or to a Sokol gymnasts' activity.       Antonia died in 1914, at age 43, from tuberculosis of the kidneys. She left her husband, and nine children (four unmarried at home) at the time of her death. She is buried with her husband in Calvary Cemetery in Cleveland.

     Mary was born in 1876 at Poland. She was the daughter of Julius Szymankiewicz and Victoria Frankel. She married Ignatius Raczynski, , circa 1898 at Warsaw, Poland.¹ Mary died on 4 October 1933 at Charity Hospital, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.² Her body was buried on 7 October 1933 at Calvary Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.³
