     Mattie was born on 5 April 1870 at Georgia.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel C. Scott and Rebecca E. Kelly. She married Robert G. Strange, , on 14 March 1888 at Columbia Co., Florida.² Mattie died on 22 November 1955 at Lakeland, Polk Co., Florida, at age 85.³ Her body was buried at Elim Baptist Church Cemetery, Ft. White, Columbia Co., Florida.⁴

     Mildred Scott was the daughter of Sam R. Scott and Bessie (--?--).

     Molsey Ann Scott was born in 1816 at South Carolina. She was the daughter of David Scott and Sarah Way. Molsey Ann Scott married Thomas Jefferson Townsend, son of John "Jack" Townsend and Nancy Leigh, on 16 February 1843.¹

     Nathaniel was born circa 1797. He was the son of James Scott and Sarah Brunson. He married Mary Ann Brannen, daughter of Thomas Brannen and Jane Humphreys, circa 1819.¹ Nathaniel died after 1865.

     Nellie was born circa 1905 at Miller Co., Georgia.¹ She was the daughter of John Walter Scott and Maude McMurria. She married Clyde W. Cantey, , on 15 October 1927.¹

     Ola was born on 30 June 1905 at Taylor Co., Florida. She was the daughter of George Taylor Scott and Ella Frances Jackson. She married Henry Frith, , on 3 May 1922 at Taylor Co., Florida.²

     Pamela was born on 2 December 1963 at Live Oak, Suwannee Co., Florida.¹ She was the daughter of William Byron Scott and Helen Opal Brewer. Pamela died on 7 July 1984 at Suwannee Co., Florida, at age 20. Her body was buried at Rocky Sinks Cemetery., Suwannee Co., Florida.

     Peter was born circa 1838 at Georgia.¹ He was the son of Taylor R. Scott and Mary (--?--). He married Rachel R. Adkinson, , on 27 December 1860 at Randolph Co., Georgia. Peter died on 6 October 1862.²

Biography of Peter R. Scott:

Peter R. Scott served in the Confederate Army as he is is listed on the Muster Roll of Company K, 31st Regiment, Georgia Volunteer Infantry, Evan's brigade, Gordon's Division of the Army of Northern Virginia C. S. A as "Private Sept. 5, 1861. Died of Acute dysentery in General Hospital #20, Oct. 6, 1862" [Henderson, Lillian - IT:Roster of Confederate Soldiers of Georgia Vol. III p. 651] His federal record on National Archives Microfilm, Microcopy 266, Compiled Service Records of Confederate Soldiers Who Served in Organizations From the State of Georgia Roll 406 shows Peter enrolled Sept. 5, 1861 at Dawson, Georgia by Capt. W. C. Thornton. He died 6 October 1862. His widow, Rachel R. Scott filed a claim for his back pay of $82.20 on 26 December 1862. The claim was witnessed and swown to by Samuel C. Scott. Peter enrolled on the same day as his brothers, Stephen and Samuel.

     Rachel was born in 1862 at Georgia.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel C. Scott and Rebecca E. Kelly. She married Wiley B. McClendan, son of Wiley McClendan and Harriet (--?--), on 18 December 1883 at Terrell Co., Georgia.²
