His body was buried in March 1922 at Harmony Cemetery, Richland, Stewart Co., Georgia.2

She married James Jefferson Jowers, son of William Jowers and Nancy S. Hair, circa 1875.2 She married Benjamin Malone Carroll, son of Daniel Carroll and Jane Morris, on 23 June 1884 at Live Oak, Suwannee Co., Florida.3 Carrie died on 28 October 1925 at Tampa, Hillsborough Co., Florida, at age 74. Her body was buried in October 1925 at Macedonia Cemetery, Suwannee Co., Florida.4
