Noah served as a private in the 1st Regiment of Georgia Militia in Capt. Charles Campbell's Company under the regimental command of Colonel Stokes in the Cherokee War. for Yates American Machine Co. He is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Mable K. Benedetto of Panama City and Mrs. Emogene Wilson of Castleberry, FL; one brother, Homer W. Kelly of Orlando and a number of Nieces and Nephews. The family will be at 816 Kelly Ave. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. (News Herald, Panama City FL.)
