Webb, on 19 January 1905 at Madison Co., Florida.² Thomas died on 14 November 1921 at Madison Co., Florida, at age 52. His body was buried in November 1921 at Midway Baptist Church., Madison Co., Florida.³

Biography of Thomas M. Holton:

"Thomas Holton, a Georgia native, was married to his first wife, Susan Loudella (maiden name unknown). She died August 9, 1904. Susan was buried in the cemetery of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church located in Lee, Florida. One of the three other Holton grave sites nearby was his mother's (Martha, 1824 - 1896). Another grave was marked with "Infant of Thomas and Susan L. Holton" and dated August 9, 1904. "Etha Pear Holton" (born March 5, 1901 and died July 29, 1901) marked the other grave site. It is unknown whether this infant is a child of Thomas and Susan."

     "The 1900 census records, for Madison County ("Precinct 3, Norton Creek"), Florida, listed Thomas Holton as the head of the family, Susan L., wife, Florance, and Mollie B. as daughters. His birth month and year was recorded "Sept. 1870"."

     "Thomas married Nancy Annie Dixon, on January 19, 1905, about five months after his first wife died. Annie was about 15 years old and he was 35 years old with three young daughters, Alberta, Florence and Nora. Tom and Annie, had six children, John Franklin, Stella Pearl, George W., Mary Irene, Ardelia, and Audry. They were hard-working cotton farmers in North Florida. They farmed in Madison County and in surrounding counties of Suwannee and Columbia."

     "My grandmother, Stella, remembered living in Lafayette County, when she a young girl. Her brother, George, and his wife, Bernice, located the property (sometime in 1980s?). Although the house was no longer there, a flower bush that had been planted nearby was still growing. Also, a cow pond, still known as Holton Pond, was on the property. (I haven't been able to locate this home place in researching records.)" [Shirley E. Besch].

     Gladys was born on 22 July 1905 at Loretta, Florida. She married William James Williams, son of Edgar Bernard Williams and Lalla Rook Gear, on 30 July 1924.¹ Gladys died on 27 October 1975 at age 70.

     He married Mattie Powell, daughter of Daniel George Washington Powell and Susan William Jeff Davis Thompson.¹

     Landon was born on 14 February 1999 at Albany, Dougherty Co., Georgia.¹ He was the son of Mike Randall Hood and Melissa Ann Holt.

     He married Lillian Bullard, daughter of Asa Bullard and Jane Sarah Wicks, circa 1895 at Ottawa Co., Michigan.¹

     Lonnie Stephen Hooks was born on 20 November 1909. He was the son of Curtis Hooks. Lonnie Stephen Hooks died on 3 December 1991 at Baldwin Memorial Gardens, Baldwin Co., Georgia, at age 82.¹

     She married William Aden Glover, .¹

     Mary B. "Polly" Hooser was born on 28 April 1808 at Kentucky. She married Jacob Sample, son of David Sample and Mary "Polly" Townsend, on 22 July 1830 at Madison Co., Illinois. Mary B. "Polly" Hooser died on 11 July 1851 at Morgan Co., Illinois, at age 43. She was buried at Sulphur Springs Cemetery, Morgan Co., Illinois.

     Abdaba Hope was born in 1861.¹ He married Nancy Hancock, daughter of Henry William Hancock and Sarah Caroline Townsend.¹ Abdaba Hope died in 1894.¹
