     Ada was born on 28 January 1886 at Illinois. She married Luther R. Gordon, , on 6 October 1904 at Gibson City, Ford Co., Illinois.¹ Ada died on 25 December 1964 at Idaville, Indiana, at age 78. Her body was buried in December 1964 at Chalmers, White Co., Indiana.

     Nannie Henley was born on 20 July 1859. She married Charles Pinkney Townsend, son of Meekin J. Townsend and Rachel Jane Pearson, on 3 October 1889 at Marlboro Co., South Carolina.¹ Nannie Henley died on 23 November 1939 at Bennettsville, Marlboro Co., South Carolina, at age 80.¹ She was buried at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Bennettsville, Marlboro Co., South Carolina.²

Purvis Henley, 72, a native of Montgomery Co., MS died,Tuesday, September I9 at his residence. Mr. Henley was a retired employee of J.A. Olson Company in Winona. He was a deacon and member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

The funeral was at 3:30 p.m, Wednesday, September 20 at Poplar Springs Baptist Church near. Kiltmi chael. Burial was in the church Cemetery. Mr. Henley is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia Tompkins Henley, of Kilmichael;, one son, Braxton Henley of Brandon; three daughters, Mrs. Sherry Ann Richardson of Grenada, Mrs. Lyndia Phillips of Brandon and Mrs. Patricia Palmertree of Kilmichael; seven grandchildren-, three great-grandchildren Oliver Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
