Parker died Wednesday evening , October 29, 2008 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus Ohio from injuries received in an automobile accident.1 She was buried on 5 November 2008 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, McMurray, Washington Co., Pennsylvania.
