     Elton was born on 10 April 1926 at Angelina Co., Texas.¹ He was the son of George Willie Brown and Viola Gertrude Gunter. Elton died on 18 September 1999 at Conroe, Montgomery Co., Texas, at age 73.² His body was buried at Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery, Montgomery Co., Texas.
